Terms of Service & Sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the My Aesthetic website and the purchase of full access to its digital content (wallpapers, widgets, packs).

2. Account

Creating an account requires a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential.

3. Price & payment

Full access is offered at a one-time price of €4.99 (TTC). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The site does not store payment card details.

4. Delivery

Access to paid content is granted immediately after payment is confirmed. Files are accessible from your account on the site.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately. By validating your order, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

6. License

Purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for private use. Resale, redistribution, public sharing and commercial use are forbidden.

7. User-generated content

By publishing a pack on the community, you guarantee that you hold all rights on the elements you upload and grant My Aesthetic a non-exclusive right to display them on the site.

8. Liability

My Aesthetic does its best to ensure service continuity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The publisher's liability is limited to the amount paid for the access.

9. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the date of your order.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any judicial action.
